AM Practice: The Perfect Morning Stretch

For slow risers – this is the perfect way to wake up, and takes only 8 minutes to do so!

A restorative feel good sequence you can do while still in bed. This mini practice will gently increase vitality and open up energy pathways, promote  circulation, balance and stoke digestion, stimulate elimination and ground you into the body – setting  you up perfectly for the day!

PS: it is wonderful to integrate agnisara here for an added purification effect (see Agnisara lesson later in the course).
