Relaxed Breath Training for Three Doshas

RBT is systematic strengthening of respiratory function by conditioning the diaphragm. Benefits of mastering it? LIFE.

This lesson teaches 3 Adaptations of Relaxed Breath Training for 3 Ayurvedic Types: Vata, Pitta, Kapha.

You will need a sandbag (3-10 lbs) – bag of rice or beans will substitute nicely. Be warm, this practice is very relaxing, you body may cool down.

HOMEWORK:

Do this practice and listen to your body: which variation felt the most comfortable to you?
