PM Practice: MOON – Quiet, Calm, Cool and Grounding

This practice is Pure Apana Vayu (downward wind) – EXHALE KRAMA, forward bends, PAUSE (sunya). Calm, ground, quiet down, drop in. Its all about slowing down the momentum: of movement, breath and thoughts.

HOMEWORK:

Do the practice and pause to feel the downward flow of APANA Vayu.

This practice is best done in the evening.
