Subtle Strength of Pelvic Floor: Muladhara (root) Chakra Activation Becoming conscious of our root (pelvic girdle, legs, feet) – and strengthening it with subtle work of contracting and releasing on the breath.
This “movement without movement” work is subtle, but subtle IS the most powerful – and it will strengthen the bottom of our vessel, ground our mind and senses and bring forth a sense of calm, stability and security.
HOMEWORK:
Do the practice and notice whether it had a quieting effect on the mind.
