At step 5 - Dawning of Higher Perception, our body is no longer bothering us, and mind’s vrittis are no longer disturbing our discerning capacity (Viveka) – the pranic dimension of our experience moves to the forefront. We now become aware of post-effect of doing asana.

This energetic dimension is felt after we finish the asana practice, be it 1 pose or entire sequence. We are now cultivating capacity we need without loosing the capacity we have.
