AM Practice: Get PRANA with Backbends

Direction of PRANA is IN. It is most accessible with inhalation, and inhalation is improved with backbends. In the practice we get Prana through: strong, stable, expansive backbends and laterals. NOTE: Laterals are preparation for backbends (!) – so do not skip them.

HOMEWORK:

Do the practice when you have a free morning.
