Self-diagnosis technique to help you determine which vayu is low, so you can balance it with appropriate nutrition, asana, pranayama, meditation. You will need a yoga blanket AND a friend to spot you.
HOMEWORK:
Watch the video and try this at home – with a friend, or on your own. When you are trying to face movement in either area, simply watch for FEELING there. If there is feeling, there, likely, is movement.
