A luxurious practice to bring awareness to the CHAKRA system. There is a lot of buzz going on about “chakra balancing” – with all kinds of means. But TANTRA, as system of energy management, affirms that to “balance a chakra” is to make it conscious, a.k.a. bring our awareness to it. This is best done in through meditation. But, when placing the body into an asana that exposed the area of a chakra and resting in that shape – this is achieved quicker and easier.
