YOU DO NOT NEED more medications, constant trigger avoidance or unbearable diets to get sustained relief from the intensity of chronic sharp and burning pain – you just need to be COACHABLE, DILIGENT, and OPEN to:

    Please download and review periodically, this document contains general advice for managing inflammation as a preventive daily practice - integrate as much of this into your daily living as you can, with tools and methods presented in the program as you move along...

  3. For slow risers - this is the perfect way to wake up, and takes only 8 minutes to do so! A restorative feel good sequence you can do while still in bed. This mini practice will gently increase vitality and open up energy pathways, promote  circulation, balance and stoke digestion, stimulate elimination and ground you into the body - setting  you up perfectly for a cooler, calmer, less painful day!

    It is wonderful to integrate Agnisara here for an added purification effect without overheating (see Agnisara video tutorial in Module 3). All levels, beginner friendly, simply wonderful. Your yogic cup of coffee (minus the caffeine)

  4. Get the energy you need without loosing the cool you have. Prana-fication (prana = energy) for Pitta Dosha.

    Props: 2 bolsters.

    This practice is wonderful in the morning, mid-day, afternoon. It IS energizing, so, best not done right before bed time (unless you mean to do some reading and studying :)

    APANA Vayu

    This energy current facilitates relaxation, letting go, cooling off and grounding. It balances elements of Space and Air with it's grounding effect, removes toxins (physical and mental), and is generally purifying, cooling, grounding energy that reduces inflammation greatly, balancing most of it's fiery upward moving qualities.

    Apana Vayu is sub-dosha of Vata Dosha in Ayurveda (thoroughly explored in CHILD of PRANA Method)

  3. Grounding and calming care for the lower back. Re-align, re-balance and replenish lumbar spine and it's supporting musculature. Rest the adrenals, relieve the kidneys, LET GO of stress and make room for peace. All levels. Please relax and enjoy.

  4. This Pitta pacifying practice focuses on Pitta's biggest challenge: surrender.

    Props needed: 1 bolster, 4 blocks (2 if not available), strap (optional)

    With Pitta's main descriptive qualities being "sharp" and "hot", this practice's apex is a very "cool" pose - "bed of needles"
