HELLO LEGS: Summer Cool Down

Stretch, cool, and release tension from legs after hiking, running, biking.

Relieve inflammation, edema,  fatigue, ease varicose veins, and release summer heat from hips, thighs, knees, ankles and feet. Safe for pregnancy.

Hip openers, hamstrings, feet, restorative inversions.

Props: strap, yoga block, blanket, wall. Beginner to Intermediate level.
