Here is how we nourish Vata without letting it get spacey or ungrounded. Lateral twisting category increases Vyana Vayu (circulation, nourishment = brahmana), but because we are also working in the lower body area leading up to seated Pigeon (Kapotasana) variation – we are staying connected to our root system (Apana Vayu).
