LATERAL TWISTS: Standing, Seated and Lying Down

This is a compilation of some of my favorite lateral twists.

Standing will be the most energizing.

Seated – the deepest effect on the organs.

Lying down – the most cooling and relaxing.

Pick your favorite and run with it!

As always – if you have any discomfort or uncertainty about a pose, please let your coach know, and we will find a modification for you.
