We continue to weave Body, Mind and Breath together, fitting movement inside the breath and keeping mind on task of overseeing it and keeping counts. This process can be applied to any activity – walking, doing dishes, folding laundry. Let’s make a habit of participating in life as humans: in Body, Mind and Breath.
