PROTECT your Practice = Protect your Breath

PROTECTION, before all else, means a secure connection to breath, strong breath capacity and will power to do your practice: regularly, without interruption, and with some love for it. No matter what.

HOMEWORK:

Watch the video.

Come up with a sustainable practice schedule, determine frequency and duration of practice.

Example:

  • Monday evenings: 20 min walk + yoga Nidra before bed
  • Wednesday: Perfect Morning Stretch (10 min)
  • Thursday: 20 min evening walk + pranayama of your choice
  • Sunday: 1.5hr Morning Practice of your choosing

Adopt a schedule you can keep easily – don’t stress over it. Practice should feel good.
