KAPALABHATI (Shining Skull) Breath for purification

An impure body is a host for inflammation

Kapalabhati is intermediate to advanced purification technique, that can be practiced by beginners at 1/2 pace and effort.

It effectively removes impurities from the lungs and sinuses, while strengthening the diaphragm and entire core. It requires an upright sitting posture that is steady (no shaking) and comfortable (no tension). Please do in the morning to clear up breathing pathways and skip the Claritin! Prepare the body for it  with “Asana Preparation for Pranayama” sequence.
