Brahmana (activating) long holds – we can get uplifted without loosing our ground. Strong holds with focus on moderate core twisting (=balance) and backbends.
HOMEWORK:
Adapt long holds from this practice for practice in times of instability, anxiety, uncertainty.
Remember to prepare for any long hold by first going into and out of it dynamically.
