We continue to explore PRELIMINARY Stage of Hatha Yoga: PURIFICATION & STRENGTHENING of Body (the Vessel) – in preparation for following stages of Moon (Mind), Sun (Prana), Fire (Expansion).
Part 2, STRENGTHENING focuses on structural integrity of our vessel (vital body) – introducing ECCENTRIC CONTRACTION technique in asana practices. Utilize Eccentric contraction from now on to keep our clay pot structurally sound: strong and supple.
